I am a Fitness Professional based in Fulham (London), providing a range of services to best help you acheive your Health, Fitness or Performance goals. 


I have been a full time Personal Trainer and S&C Coach for over a decade, successfully working with a huge variety of athletes and clientele both in London and around the world.


An academic background consisting of two research degrees, in Sport Science and Strength & Conditioning, contributed toward my critical thinking approach to both dealing with clients goals/training and also my own continued education. You can always be assured, I keep myself educated and up to date with developments and research in the field, whilst I regularly research subject areas specific to cases that individuals may approach me with.  Having a thorough understanding of the human body, its processes and the science related to training, allows me to safely plan and adapt programs for optimal results across different populations. 

Equally as important is the ability to work with you the client/athlete: in passing on information, motivating and creating the best possible enviroment for you to progress in.  From years working with clients ranging from intenational athletes to first time gym users, I know both what it takes to push an experienced athlete to their limits, as well as making less confident individuals comfortable around the gym and in themsleves.  


We are all individuals and need to be treated as such to get the results we want and to enjoy our fitness experiences.

Whilst I do offer mobile services, I spend most of my time training and providing services from Transition Zone in Parsons Green (2 minutes walk from underground station).  The studio is fully equiped with: Power Rack, Olympic Bars and Plates, Dumbells, Kettlebells, Vipers, TRX, Powerplates, Sled, Indoor track and Boxing Ring. There is also a treatment space for massage services.
